Rongli Facility is a Chinese manufacturer of heavy-duty drilling rigs and mud pumps. Our flagship products include the triplex mud pump as well as skid-mounted and truck-mounted drilling rigs. Other popular selections include the marine drilling rig, fracturing pump, and electric hydraulic diaphragm pump. Our equipment is utilized extensively by industries such as coal, mining, chemistry, metallurgy, petroleum, new energy, and marine engineering.
Our annual output capacity for drilling rigs and mud pumps are 30 sets and 500 units, respectively. We have a revenue of one billion RMB. Our production integrity is enhanced by complete sets of automatic processing equipment such as the NC flame cutting machine, CK6152 NC lathe, and the T6213 large-scale NC boring machine. Also at our disposal are precision testing instruments such as the on-line mud pump testing system, grid electric driving system, hydraulic test and control machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, electric arc combustion furnace, far-infrared temperature tester, as well as the high-speed carbon and sulfur analyzer. Strict supervision is present at each stage of the production cycle, guaranteeing the quality of finished products.
On August 8th, 2002, we set up our company named Qingzhou Rongli Machinery Co., Ltd. Our plant was in the rented foundry workshop of the original canvas factory located on Eastern Yaowangshan Road. With registered capital of 500000 CNY, our company had only 7 employees and some simple equipment at that time. In August, 2003, we moved our company to Wangmugong Town, where now the economic development zone is located. There we had the first workshop of our own and began the way of carving out. It was not easy to take the first step. At the beginning of starting the business, staff of Rongli worked diligently to strive for development opportunity in the competitive society.
Generally speaking, 90% of the petroleum machinery manufacturers now work as "assembly workshops". That is to say, those manufacturers do not have the ability to manufacture petroleum machinery independently. They just purchase components and assemble them together to make petroleum equipment. Different from those "assembly workshops" manufacturers, Rongli is capable to produce entire petroleum machinery including the eight major systems independently. With comprehensive production system, we can guarantee the integral performance of our products so as to help dispel the doubts of customers. We can produce 30 sets of drilling rigs and 500 mud pumps per year. Our annual sales volume can be 1000 million CNY.

The ZJ15 skid-mounted drilling rig is a mechanical drive drilling machine designed for coalbed methane well, geothermal well and water well exploitation.
ZJ30 skid-mounted drilling rig is suitable for drilling wells in the depth lower than 3000m.
This series of skid-mounted drilling rigs include three models that are respectively ZJ40/2250J, ZJ40/2250LDB and ZJ40/2250L.
Including models of ZJ50/3150D and ZJ50/3150L, our ZJ50 series skid-mounted drilling rigs can be used to drill wells with the depth not exceeding 5000m.
